"Increased SFH", been referred to hospital but no-one can tell me why

I had a bump measurement last week at 31 weeks. I am measuring 31 weeks but in the 88th centile. She wasn't worried but said baby had had a growth spurt and recommended a GTT test which I am having next Thursday.

I've just had a letter through the post for an appointment the day before with a consultant, no details or mention of anything.

I've called to find out why/what it is for multiple times, and each time been sent to different departments (one is my local midwife centre and one is main hopsital, they keep batting it back to each other). No-one could tell me anything.

Then someone on reception casually said, 'oh I can see here it says 'increased SFH but I don't know what that means'. And so I obviously googled it and it's to do with my bump measuring large.

Does anyone know what the appointment the day before the GTT test is actually for?

It's so frustrating not being able to speak to anyone who knows what it would be/why, and they all just blame each other and say "well they should be able to tell you."
