Loss of all symptoms :(

I'm currently 5 weeks and 2 days. During week 4 I had very strong symptoms, nausea, tiredness, emotional and my breasts weren't tender, they were downright painful.
All my symptoms have gradually vanished, the only thing that remains is my nipples being ever so slightly tender, barely noticeable. I did a first response around the end of week 4 and of the 6 I'd taken (all 2 days apart) the final one was a bit lighter in colour. I haven't taken another test since as I just know it'll be lighter and am convinced it's all over.
I managed to convince my gp to put me on progesterone pessaries which I started 2 days ago and they're giving me the worst cramps, which isn't helping the situation.
I have a reassurance scan booked for May 5th (I'll be 7 weeks 1 day) as I've had multiple previous miscarriages but I don't know how I'll wait until then!
Has anyone experienced anything like this and all has been well?
It's not the same if you never had symptoms, for all those who will comment that, I know it's well-meaning but it's totally different if you've never had symptoms vs having symptoms and suddenly losing them.
Thanks x

I lost symptoms with my youngest. He's 6 now. I felt tired and sick for two weeks and then nothing... apart from a bump I didn't feel pregnant at all.

Hope all is well op, try not to stress as hard as that is.
