Spotting again !!

I'm 15+3 just went for a wee and when I wiped slight discharge with orange in it. Just getting annoyed now. I had a bleed at 8+3 and was told it's just a pocket of old implantation blood which had disappeared by 12+6 when I had my 12 week scan. The next day I had a tiny spot of blood, later on that day a small amount of brown discharge.
Now here we are today. I'm just so sick of it why does it keep happening ? I'm suffering so badly from anxiety as it is and this doesn't help one bit
No point even calling midwife as she'll say the usual. Might book a private scan

Have slight pains now too.

Correct me if wrong but I'm positive orange blood is sign of an infection. I had a bit of orange discharge when I was 5.5 weeks pregnant and I ended up also having a kidney infection ! Hope all is well, I know feeling of having constant anxiety, I have bleed throughout this pregnancy so far

I just took it as bleeding starting. Just been again and nothing when I wiped but also no discharge there so god knows. I've booked a private scan for this evening as it's just sent my anxiety through the roof. I had a fainting spell a couple of days ago too.
It's horrible isn't it the anxiety and then the bleeding I just wish it would go smoothly
