11 weeks pregnant - pressure in vagina/cervix feels like something is about to fall out

Hi, I’m 11+3 weeks pregnant after recurrent miscarriages a year/two years ago. I’ve had two early scans at 8+2 and 10+2 which have been all good, baby has a strong heartbeat. I’ve been feeling so weird today though, I feel like something is about to fall out of my vagina there’s a weird pressure there. I’m so worried about this and I haven’t even had an appointment with my midwife yet as I told my GP late about my pregnancy.

Has anyone had this vaginal pressure so early on, at 11 weeks? What was the outcome? There’s no pain or bleeding, just pressure down there and it really feels like something will fall out especially when I’m walking around. It does seem to get a bit better when I’m lying in bed. Anyone know what this might be? I’m freaking myself out searching about it and reading about an incompetent cervix. My mum had this in her pregnancies and I’m worried that I might have it too. But I’ve never had a baby and this is the furthest I’ve ever gotten in any pregnancy. Any help? Stressing out here :(

Sorry for your previous losses. Things can feel weird at times, with everything stretching and your uterus growing it can cause feelings of pressure. Can you ask to speak to a midwife or your doctor for some reassurance? Even if you give EPU a call for some over the phone advice
