Best time to DTD nearing ovulation/in FW?

So I'm CD14 & still waiting for my positive OPK but I really don't think it's far off going off my cervical mucus and my OPK's, although they're still low readings the numbers are increasing and the test lines are getting darker.

When is the best time to be having sex? Should we be doing it over the next couple of days consecutively from now even though I've not reached my peak? Every other day? Or wait until I get my peak OPK and then start? We have already been DTD but in terms of ttc I'm unsure on how frequently and when is best 🤔🤔🤔

It doesn't matter that much unless you have sperm quality issues to deal with. You just want to make sure you hit the fertile window. Sperm meets egg plan is quite a good one if you don't fancy the do it when you feel like it method!

What exactly is the SMEP @BertieBotts? I am thinking of us just DTD every other day rather than every day to keep it fun! ☺️☺️

I have a feeling I am going to ovulate in the next day or two, so I'm keeping a close I on my OPK's, going to test again this evening. 🤞
