17 weeks anterior placenta

Hello everyone. Has anyone experienced anterior placenta before... I'm 17 weeks can't really feel much movements. It's freaking me out!! I went for a reassurance scan when I was 15 and a half weeks so that claimed my nerves. They told me may take longer for me to feel and that stretched muscles walls etc from previous pregnancies may mean a delay in feeling ..... but I am super anxious. I had a missed miscarriage before although it was 5 weeks on. Anyone share their own experiences xx

I have an anterior placenta and felt first flutters at 21+6! Feeling consistently now but still sometimes don't feel her for a few hours. I'm 24+2 today and saw her kicking on the outside for the first time earlier. At my 20 week scan they told me it could be up to 24 weeks x

I've got no idea, sorry - just going by what the sonographer said.

@carty1313 yeah the anxiety is horrible isn't it? I read that Doppler's aren't advisable but might get one anyway.xx

@Cakecakecheese

I'm 23 weeks and don't really feel anything. It's a bit sad when I read about people getting kicks and things but my baby is fine so I just have to be patient.
@Cakecakecheese I'm 17 weeks and it's awful not feeling anything. I am super anxious. Despite I had a scan recently I'm always worrying if the baby is alive and ok Confused
