Any recommendations for what to do about restless legs/ feeling really fidgety at night? I'm 33 weeks and finding it hard to get any sleep!

Magnesium supplements are meant to help. Not sure if it’s safe to take in pregnancy. I used to get it often but since I take magnesium daily I don’t seem to have it nearly as much.

Yes, this was a nightmare for me in recent twin pregnancy. Weirdly my dad also had it as a medication side effect and is dr so was very experimental about all possible treatments! He ended up advising to get one of those vibrating massagers and doing my calves for a minute before bed. Something about disrupting nerve signals. It really worked.

Just a note of caution that I think you're supposed to be careful about massage things in pregnancy. Just don't do the bump!

Are your iron levels okay? I had anemia in pregnancy and awful restless legs. Once I had an iron infusion it cleared completely. No advice other than that as unfortunately nothing else helped! Hope you manage to figure something out, I feel your pain. It's so annoying!

Magnesium. I took it in pregnancy as recommended by my obstetrician for the same reason.
