4 positive tests then 2 negative

So for 2 days I've had 4 faint faint positives, really light, missed my period but having no symptoms at all, my last period was 14th march, but today 2 tests are negative?! I am heartbroken!

Is there any possible way I could still be pregnant and the levels could just be low?

Are they the same test brands and are they early detection ones?
I wouldn’t have thought the hormone would disappear that quickly.

No 2 different test brands, it's so weird! The lines were super faint but I've had no bleeding either! But then this morning they're negative! I'm so confused

A faint positive is still a positive - maybe give it a few more days then try again? This will give the hcg levels time to go up. Two different test brands may mean one is more sensitive than the other.

I have ordered a 1st response one to do in a few days the ones I had there was a lot of negative reviews !

Could be the difference in test brands and therefore sensitivity, or it could unfortunately be a chemical pregnancy. Only time will tell

FRERs are the best, good for ordering one of those! And if you wait and test in a couple of days time with that test then you should have your answer

Apparently false positives are rare but false negatives are much more common in the early days, as the test may not be sensitive enough to detect them. If pregnant your hcg levels will rise rapidly so in a few days you’ll get a more certain result. Although chances are, a faint positive equals pregnant.
Good luck and let us know how you get on.

So I caved in and took another test! The same brand I used for my first baby! There's the faintest line again!! So maybe I'm just really really early on!

Fingers crossed for you - let us know when you retake in a few days

So I've took a test yesterday it was positive very very very light, took a first response and it's negative, but I took it in the afternoon and I have had a lot to drink today, so does the time of day effect test result? If I do it in the morning and it's still negative I think I'd definitely have a chemical miscarriage!:(

Time of day and how much you have drunk will affect the test. Wait until.the mornig!
