Clearblue Weeks Indicator

If anyone can reassure me that would be amazing!

I suffered a MMC last year. Should of been 8 weeks but was measuring 3 weeks behind, and I never managed to get a 3+ result on the clearblue weeks indicator test.

I am currently pregnant at roughly 5.4 weeks and I'm still only getting a 2-3 showing on the clearblue tests.

I'm trying so hard not to panic or fear the worse but it's incredibly difficult.

Can anyone let me know when they managed to get their 3+ on their tests please?

So far this pregnancy exactly the same as the first apart from I have been on and off cramping since week 4 but no blood or spotting - is that normal?

I had my 3+ on 15.02 . I conceived around 24.01

I got a 3+ at 5 weeks exactly and that was with twins so I don't think you can definitely say there is something wrong yet / I tested every day (sometimes more than once 🤦🏻‍♀️) so I know exactly when it changed from 2-3 to 3+ but I understand your anxiety completely as I had several miscarriages x

Thank you for your comments. I've been so good up until today and I've been triggered. Spent most of the day on bloody Google which isn't ideal. I know what will be will be but it's just horrendous waiting!

I tested at 5+4 and got 2-3 weeks got myself in a bit of a state about it and tested again at 5+6 and got 3+ weeks. I'm now 18 weeks pregnant!

Thank you @MyloC that has calmed me somewhat. I actually convinced myself earlier that it was the end again, but I will try and remain positive. I think because I was so hurt last time by the MMC I'm starting to put a wall up to protect myself.

Those things are a menace. Some people never get a 3+ and have a perfectly healthy pregnancy.

@SLD2503 Its easy enough to say oh don't test again as it's impossible to not think about it!! I would say try and leave it as long as you can before testing again to allow your HCG levels to rise.
I can understand how anxious you must be after a MMC. Have you booked an early scan to tell you get to the 12 week scan?

@MyloC I am booked in for a 7 week scan, a week Wednesday. I'm going to hold off testing again until 6 weeks. I'm just praying.

I'm 5+1 today. Had a blood test on Tuesday which said my hCG was 2479 so I figured I'd get 3+ weeks on the test yesterday (threshold is 2753 according to their website) but I still got 2-3 weeks, and I got 2-3 weeks this morning as well. I know urine hCG is higher than blood but it's making me panic.

@kennetrose hey I ended up getting a 3+ At 5.6 weeks. I had an early scan at 7 weeks and saw a heartbeat. I was measuring 5 days behind which I’m not too worried about as my two previous cycles were longer than usual so it makes sense I might have ovulated late.

Im roughly 8 weeks now last week I suffered with horrific sickness all day. It’s somewhat calmed down I’m not longer gagging but I feel sick. Back ache, dizziness sore boobs.

I did start to panic when sickness calmed down but I hear it comes and goes. I have another private scan booked next Wednesday to make sure all is still ok.

Give it a few more days as I didn’t get mine until 5.6 weeks. Fingers crossed for you keep me posted xx

@SLD2503 thank you! Glad things are going well for you, sorry about the sickness though! Did you have symptoms at five weeks?

I did IVF so I know my dates aren't off. I asked my clinic if I can go for another blood test tomorrow though so hoping that gives me reassurance even if the pee sticks aren't!

about 5.5 onwards mainly during week 6 it all kicked in for me. So you’ve got a few more days to go, and every body is different. I keep forgetting that and I panic when I compare to other people. It’s difficult my best friend is 3 weeks ahead of me, pregnant on her first go and has not experienced a loss. So I’m finding it hard to relate to her laid back approach x

Thank you. It's so hard not to compare myself to others! It's not that I want to be sick, I just want reassurance of what is going on! My first scan is 2 weeks today. I haven't experienced loss but we did go through infertility and needed IVF to get here, so this all feels too good to be true.

I had cramping, it was one of my first symptoms before I knew I was pregnant as I wasn’t due a period for a bit. It’s a sign the uterus is expanding, as long as it’s not accompanied by a lot of blood (spotting is fine). I only had a 1-2, and switched to regular tests I did every few days for the first month or two as clear blue is so expensive. 🙈

@kennetrose it does feel too good to be true, I’m just waiting for something to go wrong. I said to my husband I haven’t really bonded or got excited as I don’t want to feel the pain I did last time, so I think I’m trying to stay guarded. Once the next scan is done and I hit 12 weeks I will try to relax.

God, I'm the same with symptoms! I panic if I start to feel better 😂 I've had 3 private scans and everything is going really, really well so far but I hate the uncertainty of not really knowing if it's all ok in there. I'm 10 + 1 today so slowly getting towards where we'll be able to hear the heartbeat 🤞🤞🤞

I received a positive pregnancy test 9DPO then did a clear blue today 14dpo and it came up as 2-3 weeks pregnant.
my doctor said I would be 5 weeks today based off when my last period was. But I’m worried that it only says 2-3 weeks on clear blue. Can anyone give me any help as I’m confused with all the dates.
first test is 9dpo second one is 11dpo and third one is today 14dpo.

@Lissh they only work from conception whereas drs work from last period. So 3 weeks on a clear blue would be 5 weeks pregnant. Also they’re not 100% on dates anyway
