Ahh you poor thing. Have you seen your GP? It sounds like you may have hypermesis, and the ketosis from not eating or keeping down fluids can be harmful to pregnancy. Tote doctor has medications that really do help. Ondoseteran aka zofran really saved me with my DD. I was horribly sick up till 16 weeks and still felt bad through 18-20ish till it went away. It can be so debilitating. The squeaky wheel gets the oil and all that. If you don’t ask your gp/midwife they won’t rush to prescribe anti nausea Meds, and they really can make a world of difference. Good luck

The only thing I found that helped me was eating very little and often, rather than big meals.

Hope it passes for you soon, it’s really not pleasant Flowers

To have hypermesis involves actual vomiting I think. I had severe nausea with my daughter throughout my entire pregnancy, I tried literally everything and nothing worked, it was a truly horrible time and I was eventually signed off work because of it, so I sympathise with you. You could try meds but it's not really recommended. Definitely speak to your GP as things may of changed in 5 years. What got me through was literally getting through each day, and each day being closer, hopefully yours will stop after the first trimester.

Stay hydrated though and just nibble at dry stuff like biscuits and toast

Have you considered anti sickness medication? Although I don’t think it really takes away the nausea, just the vomiting - at least that’s my experience.

Foods that I found helped were lime calypo ice lollies, really sour Granny Smith apples, and salt and vinegar crisps. I also at one point was eating raisins one by one, forcing them down, but as I got a few in my stomach it became easier to eat a few more.

In my last pregnancy I had got prescribed those anti sickness and if I can remember it had helped but atm I don't have a midwife and my gp is useless 😩
