Hi guys. I'm a ftm with quite severe anxiety. I had an mc before this pregnancy too. I'm currently 33+6. Baby doesn't really have a pattern but she does have quieter moments and often when she does move its pretty strong kicks and rolls. I woke up a couple of hours ago and felt a bit of movement after breakfast (some little movements and one bigger roll) but it's not as much as it sometimes is? And I haven't really felt anything since then.
Due to my anxiety I tend to worry about her movements basically every day. Although they usually pick up just as I start to worry! I have no idea when to go in. Should I monitor for the next couple of hours? Try the cold drink trick? (I've heard some people say not to do this)
I just don't know when it's my anxiety talking or if I should be genuinely worried.
