Spotting at 21 weeks

Hi all, I have just woken up for a wee and on wiping there was a small amount of pink on the tissue, I wiped a couple more times and nothing.

I had my 20 week scan yesterday and everything seemed perfect. I also had an internal scan to check cervix etc, and that was all fine.

Wondering if the internal could have caused this. Even though everything was fine on the scab yesterday I can’t help but worry.

Sounds like the internal check caused it, with all the prodding and extra pressure down there. There seem to be loads of benign reasons for pregnancy bleeding (I had a heavy bleed at 11 weeks) so if it was just a small spot on one occasion, try not to worry. If the issue persists you should definitely get it checked out though.
