I've suddenly started feeling like i'm not pregnant anymore. I don't experience the symptoms I had. My nausea has stopped and so has the cramping. My breasts arent sore anymore. Im really worried about miscarrying and i'm not sure whether anyone else has felt this way and everything has been okay?

It's normal for symptoms to come and go, especially as you approach the 12-week mark as the placenta starts to take over hormone production.

How far along are you? It’s very common for symptoms to come and go. Try not to panic x

I'm only 8 weeks but all my symptoms have just disappeared. Im trying not to panic, this is my first and don't really know what to expect xx

I'm 14 + 5 and have to say, I haven't had any 'typical' symptoms in my pregnancy so far Grin the only symptom I have is tiredness and a little growing bump but nothing else. I'm sure symptoms come and go at different stages. I would worry, I'm carrying a healthy baby with not much symptoms at all!

I meant *wouldnt worry - oops.

@Hugasauras that's reassuring.

Hi OP, My symptoms drastically changed from around 9 weeks, I went from feeling really ill all day with sickness to feeling fine and not pregnant due to lack of symptoms.

I booked a reassurance scan to put my mind at rest and the baby was fine, my midwife also gave reassurance that from anywhere approaching the 9 week mark the placenta starts to take over so symptoms will subside
