Cramping

Hi everyone, so I’m 5 weeks pregnant and I’ve been having what I can only describe as eBay feels like really light period cramps, I don’t remember getting this with my first so it’s worrying me a bit. Is it normal? TIA

@Georgia2609 this is completely normal at 5 weeks pregnant. I had this from 4 weeks until I was like 9/10 weeks. As long as there is no blood this is usually normal, it is just stretching x

I had cramps from 4 weeks to about 9. Nothing major. Just felt like light period cramps. I also had a slight bleed and the nurse said it's caused by implantation so very common. X

I had a miscarriage back in September I found out Saturday just gone I’m 3/4 week pregnant which me and my partner have been so happy about I just can’t stop worrying Iv been getting light cramps on and off since Sunday and that’s what happened when I had my miscarriage I had the cramps and then I started bleeding I haven’t had any bleeding just the light cramps I just can’t stop worrying has anyone else experienced this?

@Chloee678 yes I had period type pulling cramps between 3/4 weeks pregnant, they weren’t anything to worry about for me but I know how hard it is after loss xx

@Chloee678 I had this for basically my full first trimester, I was very paranoid the full time thinking something was wrong because I didn't think I'd be able to have children. Of course it's a different sitation for you and a lot harder for you to try and stay calm as best you can about it from your previous experience but they do usually say if it's cramps with no blood that is fine but also I have heard blood can be normal too xx

Thankyou both for the reassurance my partners told me not worry worry if I haven’t had an bleeding I’m gunna try not to think about it so I don’t work my self up xx
