Overactive bladder

So it’s my second pregnancy and I’m just gone 17 weeks, however I’m up constantly through the night emptying my bladder, sometimes it feels full and it really isn’t it can be just a dribble, I’ve been to doctors no water infections or anything so I’m just curious to why my bladder feels full when it really isn’t - has anyone else experienced this?

With my first I never had this but I did undergo serious problems with my bladder after my firsts delivery through an accident the hospital caused so maybe it’s related to that?

I’m pregnant with my first but constantly need to wee - what I find really frustrating is that immediately after going for one I still feel I need one! But then at the last scan the lady joked that it looked like the baby was giving my bladder a good kicking! So perhaps the baby likes resting on your bladder!
If the doctor isn’t worried then I’d try not to be too concerned.
I do also find that needing a wee in the night can be anxiety related - your brain starts whirring away and you can’t get back to sleep till you go to the loo.
Hope things ease up and you can get more sleep.
