Can seatbelt tugging on belly at 12 weeks harm baby?

I changed down to the wrong gear and my car jolted, meaning the seatbelt gave me a quick tug into my pelvis / lower belly region (right where baby is at 12 wks). It wasn't very forceful to be honest, just quick and I'm worried that the shock, fast movement could've affected baby. Any help?

Very unlikely to cause any issues. At 12 weeks most of your uterus is still protected by the pelvis. You could call your local EPAU if you're worried and definitely if you have any pain or bleeding but it's likely to be absolutely fine

Don't worry OP, your baby is well protected and this will not cause any issues at all.
