Bleeding at 11+ weeks

Hi everyone,
For the past few days I’ve been getting a bit of cramping in my tummy and lower back, then last night I started bleeding. It wasn’t massively heavy but still shook me up. I phoned my midwife who told me to go straight to a&e rather than waiting about. When I got to a&e I waited a few hours to be seen by the triage nurse who then sent me through to a doctor who did an examination, took some swabs and did a blood test.
This morning I went in for my scan and results etc b- non of my swab results were back but on the scan the little bean was wriggling and jumping around and the doctor also saw the flicker where the heart was.

Still cramping a bit and getting discharged but just going to rest until my 12week scan next week.
Just thought I’d share my experience because it can scary when you bleed, especially after experiencing a loss.

Who knows what caused it and fingers crossed it stays away 🙏.

So glad that bean is still flickering for you! It is so good to hear the positive outcomes. 💐
