Implantation? Scared please help! Asap

Hi, I’m possibly pregnant. I wasn’t trying to conceive but had unprotected sex around my most fertile period- now my ‘period’ has come suspiciously early around the time where implantation bleeding happens. The strange thing is is that I have a lot of symptoms ( beasts bigger- bigger nipples and so sore, needing to pee all the time, exhaustion). My periods are usually really bad bleeding and cramping but hardly any bleeding- a pinky colour but has a few tiny tiny clots every now and then. Bleeding stops and starts a lot- also cramping either non existent or really mild dull pain in lower abdomen. Also don’t know if this is placebo but even see a faint linea negra???? If I was pregnant I’d be 3 weeks. Need to wait until my period comes to really know or if this bleeding stops soon. The blood is different to my normal period- it is moderate/ light bleeding not a constant stream but not light spotting either . Im fairly young and don’t know much about pregnancy so anything helps please thanks xx
Also have such oily and spotty skin after having very clear skin. Feel like somethings going on

When is your period due ? You should get a first response early result test
A lot of these symptoms you're explaining though don't tend to happen at 3 weeks pregnant so might be that you're overthinking it, but if it feels different for you only a test will tell you for sure

It’s due in 3 days, bleeding has slowed I think. The only real symptoms I’m feeling is needing to pee an unusual amount- painful breasts, so exhausted in the morning and the suspicious lack of blood and cramping. I tried a clear blue but those are pretty useless this early I’ve found out. Just notice things are a bit different this time round- could just be panicking though :)

Also the linea negra thing is probably placebo way too early for that

Yes, you may well be pregnant. Or your worries about the situation could be playing with your mind. I will say this gently but, you had unprotected sex, so the peeing thing could easily be an STI. Please get yourself checked out as leaving an STI can cause long term problems.

I would get a frer they are pretty reliable

Have you recently came off any kind of contraception? Or taken a morning after pill at all? Both of those can affect your hormones and cause changes to periods and pregnancy like symptoms.

It is possible you're pregnant but only a test will be able to tell you really.
When you say you'd be 3 weeks pregnant, does that mean your last period was only one week ago or that you think you ovulated 3 weeks ago? (In which case you would be 5 weeks pregnant as it goes from the first day of your last period). If it's 3 weeks since predicted ovulation, I would expect it to show up on a test although of course the dates could be wrong.

Try get a pink dye test if you can or a digital, they're both more reliable than blue dye tests. Take it with your first wee of the day
