Just having a moan and hoping my fellow 12 weekers will come and share how they are feeling too!
My back and stomach are at a point of aching pretty much constantly and I just can't get comfy. Although I know this is a sign of things growing and adapting, I can't help feeling anxious after two losses prior to this pregnancy. Every little twinge makes me wonder and worry so I'm full of anxiety constantly.
I generally feel sooo tired and rubbish. I don't really feel like eating which then makes me feel worse for it later on! Going to the toilet is practically non-existent for days which makes me feel sluggish.
Just generally feeling it at the minute. How are you all getting on at this point?

I've definitely felt similar, it can be really depressing feeling so rubbish! I started taking omega 3 along with my usual pregnacare and it might be coincidence but have started to feel a bit better - tho still knackered and a bit pathetic - let's hope the "glowing " stage is on its way 🙏🤞

@NeuroticFox1 I hadn't thought of omega 3, definitely one to look at. Fingers crossed things pick up for us soon. I've felt a bit better the last couple of days by making sure I don't have an empty stomach at any point and it seems to be helping. Sometimes I'm just forcing food down but it's better than having no energy.
