Is this normal at 16 weeks? Do I need to be worried?

Hi everyone!

I'm new here and would appreciate some insight.

I'm 16+2 weeks right now and have been experiencing dull cramping all week which is normal from what I'm told.

Today I've experienced sudden pressure on my cervix which started off with a tingling feeling. Seems to be worse when I'm sitting up.

Thought I'd come on here to see if it's normal before I speak to my GP. After 2 previous miscarriages I've been calling my GP for every little thing, worried about literally every change right now. It's the furthest I've come and hoping I can carry to full term and have a healthy baby this time.

I remember having weird stretching pains but not cramping. I think it's always worth getting it checked out.
