Early pregnancy reassurance

Looking for some reassurance… I’m 6 weeks pregnant and had quite bad stomach cramps last night. I couldn’t tell if they were uterine or gastrointestinal but I didn’t have any diarrhoea and then I had some brown spotting today. I know spotting can be normal and I know cramps can be normal but it doesn’t feel great having them together!! My pregnancy symptoms have also decreased in the last two days - no more morning sickness, boobs not as sore.

If the bleeding continues I’ll call my GP and arrange a referral to the early pregnancy unit - I ended up there around the same time with my last pregnancy too :(

Just hoping to hear from people who had similar experiences and things ended up okay?

Could you go for an early reassurance scan? If it’s private which it would probably have to be at that stage then you’d have to pay, but it might be worth the peace of mind if it’s an option for you?
I didn’t have any symptoms by 6 weeks so I had a scan done and saw baby’s heartbeat.
