9 days late - advice please

Hi guys!
First time posting on here, normally just browse but could do with some advice.
I have 1 child already, 5 year old.
My periods have always been very very regular, bang on to the day.
Last had sex 2 months ago with my ex, period arrived like clock work but then I was due on again 9 days ago.
I took a test a couple days ago which was negative, I expected that because it surely wouldn't be possible but now I'm baffled as to what it could be?
I've never been a day late, had all the symptoms my period was coming but it hasn't.
Anyone experienced this before?

Hello, yes I did was I started to get a bit older especially after stress. Funnily enough when all peri menopause symptoms started I was actually quite regular give or take a couple of days.

Any other pregnancy symptoms? You could double check with Gp that you're not pregnant.

Otherwise it could just be a random blip. It's good to keep track just in case it becomes more common.
