Prenatal Depression..

Where else does one go when antidepressants aren’t helping? 28wks pregnant & been on a gradual downhill since new year. I have bipolar too which probably doesn’t help with hormones.

Thanks for any advice.

Perinatal MH or maternity MH support. If neither noticeably available speak to your midwife and GP. Flowers
