37+4 and swollen down there?

Bit of a tmi one I suppose, but the entrance to my vagina is pretty swollen, it has been for the last week or so. It isn’t painful, it isn’t itchy, it isn’t noticeable unless me and DH try and partake in adult time. I only noticed it myself when I started checking to see if I could feel my cervix, since I’m getting a lot of the common symptoms for labour being soon (purple line theory, bump has dropped substantially, bursts of energy and waves of exhaustion, feeling unwell, nesting etc)
I never remember anything like this with my first child, so I’m unsure whether it’s just a normal pregnancy symptom because of the extra fluid in my body and baby being so low down now or if it could be a sign that she’s coming soon

Anyone else have any experience with this?

Think this is pretty common - there's increased blood flow down there so things can get a bit swollen and puffy. The growing uterus can compress veins a bit too, which exacerbates it.
