Help with nub theory

I was wondering if there's any nub experts out there that can help me with my 12+1 week scan? I think it's a very clear scan pic but totally unsure on the theory and would love others thoughts on the sex. Thank you!

12+1 is a little too early and if it looks girly it can still be a boy as nubs develop rapidly during the 12th week and finish up by 13 weeks so it’s best to have the scan done at 12+5 up until 14 weeks to get the best chance of seeing the nub. But I will sure take a look if you upload your pic
