Breech ? Do you still get lightening

So I'm 36 weeks last appointment midwife was unsure if baby was head down, she has been in the cephallic position throughout, and head down at all scans, I'm having a scan tomorrow. But I was just certain she was head down due to the amount of lightening crotch I was getting can you get this and baby be breech ?

@mummyaieey my first was breech and I don’t remember getting lightning crotch…not like I’m getting with baby no2 who is head down and ready to rock!
At 36 weeks I could very obviously feel baby’s head in my ribs too, could literally push her little bobble head down a bit to give myself a second of relief!
