Anyone know what could be causing this

I'm 13+1 today and got awful lower back ache (my back does ache on and off so that's not new) my hips are occasionally hurting and also feel like I've got af cramps.
But I've got this horrible nerve sort of pain/ache in my thigh going down to my knee, like the pains you get just before your period ! It's the front of my thigh going down into my knee
Making me worry as it feels like period pains!

Btw I had one small spot of blood yesterday, literally one spot and nothing else. Later in the day I had some brown colour in some discharge. Discharge today is normal and clear/white

You need to speak to a midwife. Good that it is only one drop but any spotting should be reported to your midwife. I had spotting and backache last week and everything was OK.

I did talk to a midwife yesterday and she wasn't concerned just said the usual keep an eye if it gets worse go to hospital 😕

I've had paracetamol which hasn't taken it off and also have a hot water bottle which isn't helping. The pain in my back has stopped but it's now a constant dull ache in my uterus and an ache in my thigh
