Over the last week nausea has really kicked in, I’ve only actually been sick once but feel nauseous constantly. I can barely eat or even drink most of the time, everything I try just feels like forcing a lump down my throat. I can’t stand the smell of any food and keep going lightheaded.

I’m only 5+5 weeks and I don’t know how I’m going to cope with much more of this already. 😩

You poor thing. Hyperemesis is so bloody awful. I remember it well. You sound as though you have it pretty bad so you may need to seek medical advice. Try to keep your fluid intake up. Hope things improve for you soon.

It's horrendous don't suffer when there's things that can help - I waited too long got dehydrated etc. The relief was emense! It went away by about 18-20 weeks fortunately. Most people's goes before this though x
