Baby movements 22 weeks

Hi, I've been getting quite a bit of movement lately including some fairly strong kicks that my partner has been able to feel.

Today I've noticed that the movements are a bit more subtle and not as strong.

Should I be concerned as I have still been able to feel her moving about a fair bit? I'm anxious in this pregnancy so I'm aware I'm maybe overreacting and have already attended the hospital on a few occasions due to concern over movements and all has been fine.

I have a scan in 3 days with fetal medicine and am wondering if baby has just moved position or whether this is entirely normal, just need some feedback from others who may have experienced this? Thanks

At 22 weeks baby still has a lot of room to move and change positions, maybe kicking towards your back.

Hello! I am almost 21 weeks. When I had my last scan, the baby ended up in loads of different positions. Sometimes I could feel the kicks, sometimes I could only see them on the screen... so in short: depending on the position you feel more or you feel less. Some moments when I am busy I don't feel too much. Sometimes the baby is very very busy all day long. It really depends. I am not a medic, but I do find it reassuring that you felt regular movement, albeit less noticeable.
Hope others can share more info.

All the best!

Thanks, i'm thinking she has maybe just moved position for a bit, just going to wait and see if it picks up again later

Hi @mycatsarecool, how are you feeling now? I'm 19+2 weeks and thought I was feeling movements from about 16 weeks, but the last week or so they seem fainter / less frequent. About a week ago I felt a really big somersault, so I wonder if the baby moved into a different position where I now can't feel the movements as much. I hope all is well with you and your little one ♥️
