I was soooo sick all last week and hadn’t been to the toilet at all and now I’m feeling better and ate so much food yesterday I need to go…. But!!…… it just feels huge and won’t come!! It’s caused me stomach cramps during the night which woke me up! I’m 14 weeks btw but the sickness has got worse

You’re probably a bit dehydrated of your vomiting a lot. Try and drink some more water if you can.

Yes. I had hyperemesis (severe morning sickness) and often didn't poo for a week at a time (my record was 22 days!). The dehydration is the main cause, but also so little food was staying in my stomach, that very little made it to the other end.
It was very miserable. I ended up taking movicol (even that was challenging as often I just vomited it up).
You have my sympathy.
