Very sore/itchy nipples - best nipple balm?

I'm currently 4.5 weeks pregnant and my boobs are in agony 😭 they're sore to the touch and my nipples are getting cracked due to being itched all the time. I don't remember it being this bad with DC1.

Can someone recommend a good nipple balm/cream? There's so many on the market!
Preferably cruelty free ❤️ thanks in advance!

Lansinoh is what was recommended to me by everyone for breastfeeding. It seems to be pretty good!

Absolutely Lanisoh

I'm 17 weeks and one of my boobs is very itchy with peeling skin on, it's driving me mad. I'll look into Lansinoh

I used Lanisoh in my previous pregnancy but was looking to find a kinder alternative - I've ordered some Mama Mio Nipple Balm which is arriving today. Hopefully it'll be just as good 🤞🏼

I used Lanisoh for nightime (its quite thick) and My Expert Midwife No Harm Nipple Balm for daytime, as it's much lighter.

@Tina8800 how did you find the Expert Midwife Balm? Considering ordering that too.
