I know it says everywhere you look that probiotics are mainly deemed safe during pregnancy, however i have also seen that they aren't regulated so it is hard to say they are completely safe. Which probiotics have you taken and has not affected baby? Which ones are typically taken by pregnant woman? How often? I am interested in ones to keep my vaginal ph balance healthy.

I have been taking Optibac Pregnancy probiotics. Like virtually everything in pregnancy, no one can say it’s 100% safe but Optibac is well known/regarded. They say they have done trials on pregnant women of the strains used and they’re fine.

I take obtibac everyday probiotics. I took them before I conceived, all through pregnancy and continue to take them now I'm breastfeeding.

Obtibac is a pretty well known and good brand. Imo I don't think any probiotics on the market will do you any harm and there's so many benefits to you taking them
