Hi everyone
This is my first time posting. Been ttc #1 for almost 9 months with no luck
This month I feel like I have so many symptoms: sore breasts, nausea, cramps, extreme fatigue and I feel like I am becoming so consumed by symptom spotting.
I am 14dpo and last night did a test but it was a bfn. Does anyone know if an evening urine would work? My af is due in 4 days but my cycle can vary a few days each month. Really tried not to get my hopes up but I couldn't help it and now I feel so disheartened.

Hi op,
It's tough isn't it. I symptom spotted for a long time trying to conceive after a missed miscarriage and it's always so difficult having to wait and hope.

The problem is that symptoms can come from the elevated progesterone levels as they're the same as early pregnancy. Plus you're hyper alert on the lookout for anything symptoms. Easier said than done, but I would try to wait until your af is due. It'll be more accurate and save you money in tests!
(I know it's easier said than done...I drove myself crazy with it and tested loads)

Thank you! The 2ww is such a horrible emotional roller coaster. I keep feeling like I've started my monthlies so keep going to check but nothing. Youre right I think I will just wait for the af and then take it from there x
