This is from ten weeks and I was told I had a small hematoma by the placenta, can't remember if she said above or behind now. Can anyone see what she meant ?? Haven't got my nhs scan until Sunday where I plan to ask about it but feeling abit anxious now

I would wait until Sunday and get a proper medical explanation.

Yeah of course that's the idea but as I'm anxious in between it would be nice if anyone else could take a look over for me and see if they can spot what the scanner meant bevuae to me I can't even see what's meant to be a placenta !

The black area under the pregnancy sac looks most likely to me.
I had a (fairly large) hematoma visible at 9 week scan. Was gone by 12 week scan.

It's almost certainly not an issue. My midwife advised to not have sex and not exercise until it was gone, however mine was huge in comparison and I was having regular bleeds caused by it.

Relax and discuss at your 12 week scan. They're common and rarely cause complications. Speak to your midwife sooner if it's causing you stress.

Thanks @koalalala do you mean the small black circle on the bottom of the scan ?
This is where I had a patch of blood before but was told it was old implantation blood and it was alot bigger before so maybe it's the same patch but smaller

Yep that small dark circle. It’s perfectly normal for it to shrink and disappear!
