Cold mozzarella is definitely OK?

Hi all,
It's my first pregnancy, currently 9 or 10 weeks, and going to make a caprese salad for lunch. I've not been overly anxious about food so far (and I'm not very adventurous with cheese even before pregnancy so all the 'banned ones' i wouldn't ever eat anyway!) but I just wanted to double check mozzarella was OK to eat cold? I know basically all hard cheese is good and even for the other cheeses they are usually all fine if cooked properly - but pasturised Galbani mozzarella is OK cold isn't it, doesn't need to be cooked?

Just want to be sure I am definitely reading the NHS guidance right Grin
Thank you!!!

If it's pasteurised then it's absolutely fine! Enjoy your salad Smile
Now I fancy one too Grin
