Abnormal cycle

Hi guys
I havent had a period for coming up to 6 weeks now and starting to really worry. I usually have regular periods monthly, and i only had very light spotting about two weeks ago which stopped within a day. I have done multiple pregnancy tests which were negative. My GP advised this may be just hormonal and should sort itself out, has anyone experienced something like this and discovered they were pregnant despite negative tests?

Nope no covid or any other illness, my cycles just randomly thrown off. My breasts have been feeling more sensitive the last two days too, its so frustrating as Im not sure if this could be my period coming or pregnancy😭
