Cybex Priam - help!

Hey does anyone have the Cybex Priam Luxe Carry Cot? And if so, how on earth do you install it so it’s completely flat rather than in a slight incline? It’s driving me nuts and I cannot figure it out! It always seems slightly tilted which can’t be right as they say it’s suitable for overnight sleeping… any tips welcome!

I don’t have a Priam but have a Cybex Mios and the luxe carrycot. I couldn’t work out if it was every so slightly inclined or I was just going a little mad! A slight recline is ok for overnight sleeping though - our next to me reclines (for babies with reflux)

You need to push super hard onto the structure to flatten it. If that's what you mean?

hi! I have the same problem. Did you figure out how to get the carrycot flat? 😊 my baby ends up in the bottom of the cot every time we use it..
