Blisters coming and going on feet and hands

Hi this is a really weird one I'm currently 22 weeks pregnant with 3rd baby
For past week ish now it seem most night if but every night I'm getting like blister type things come on bottom of ny feet and sometime my hands when this first happend I thought it could of been a blister forming but by morning they are gone
When they start to come my feet or hand get so sore and hard to walk on but by morning I wake up check and I have nothing
Just wondering if anyone else have had this or know what this could be and if it's worth ringing someone

Dyshidrotic eczema maybe? I have it, it causes small clusters of blisters near/on the fingers and toes.

I've suffered from what the dermatologist calls "chronic hives" since my mid 30s, and this pregnancy is making it much worse. I have to take a benadryl allergy tablet daily now and before it was every 3-4. This sounds (to me like it could be hives). Are you aware of any itching that accompanies the blisters popping up?

I'm not sure if it could be one of them because it's just a new thing that has come on this past week but I'm at gp later
I have some itching in hands and feet but doesn't tend to be when I have the blister things when I get them my feet or hand just goes really sore
