Diarrhoea in early pregnancy?

I'm 6 weeks pregnant on my 2nd baby and I am struggling with headache and nausea but unlike my first pregnancy I am not vomiting yet, this time round but it seems to be coming out the other end (TMI sorry). Anyone else had this strange symptom and when did it pass?

I had this and then at 7/8 weeks it became sickness instead.
