Unplanned Pregnancy

So I've come here because I'm completely lost and need advice while still being anonymous.
Last week I found i was 5 weeks pregnant unexpectedly. My partner was super excited however I dont know how to feel. I've never thought about getting pregnant so young as I'm only 21. We would be able to manage a child financially and provide good care but I'm unsure of what to do. Its the uncertainty that makes me scared ans can't decide whether to keep the baby or not. My partner understands how I feel and is happy with whatever decision I make but how can I decide?

It's not a decision any one can advise you on or make for you unfortunately.

The early days after finding out can be overwhelming and very confusing even with a planned pregnancy but you have time to process and discuss it with your partner if you want.

I had my first in my teens and tbh I wasn't exactly ambitious back then so felt that a baby wouldn't disrupt my life too much but it hasn't been easy and if I could somehow change time I'd have waited until I was more settled in my home life and career.

How will a baby impact your ambitions in the short/long term?

Tbh my plans are mainly to move out to our own place as we are living at home at the moment which isn't a problem as a house can be sorted and then eventually have a little family. Except the family part has come sooner than expected. I'm not one of those teens who go drinking every weekend or have a massive social life. I mainly work and then go home so I don't think I would affect that in anyway way. Thank you very much for your help 🙏
