My 12 week scan. Really hoping for a girl. This doesn’t look too boyish to me. But maybe I’m seeing what I want to see lol. Baby is healthy that’s all that matters but what do we think

Just compared to my two scans and it does look closer to my girls early scan, but then there isn't much difference I can see on mine.

Thanks everyone I will definitely keep you updated I will be booking an early gender scan at my nearest clinic for around 15/16 weeks so not too long away

After paying for 3 gender experts they have all said girl. So now I can’t wait to find out for sure

It really is impossible to tell, the nub theory has literally 50 percent chance either way and is just a guess; I know loads that have been wrong including my own. Please don't read too much into it op. I'd say as long as baby is healthy it doesn't matter.

I have also paid for “experts” - one told me girl, one told me boy and one refunded me because they couldn’t tell

It definitely looks like a girl nub but I think the problem is that until 13/14 weeks there is still chance for the nub to rise and it actually be a boy. Lots of boys look like they’ve got girly nubs around the 12 week mark. Time will tell though! :)

So everyone here is my update. I believe in the nub theory that much that after seeing my baby nub at just 13 weeks and being told by over 300 people across different websites and boards that she’s a girl. I went out the day after my scan and bought baby girl clothes.
Yesterday was my gender scan and would you believe it, the nub theory was correct, she’s all girl!
