Clear blue weeks confusion - please help!

I’m trying to book my 6 week scan and am very confused how quickly my clear blue has changed how many ‘weeks I am. I thought I was about 4.5 weeks pregnant from tracking ovulation and periods but I'm getting a 3+ (5+) on a clear blue digital evening urine with no hold which has escalated very quickly

Saturday 19th - 1-2 weeks (3-4 weeks)
Tuesday 22nd - 2-3 weeks (4-5 weeks)
Today (Sunday 27th) - 3+ (5+ weeks)

I figure I could have been 3+6 on 19th and potentially 5+0 today? Or could I be pregnant with multiples? Has this happened to anyone else before?

I know I should just be patient but I'm intrigued!

Go off your ovulation dates it will be more accurate. If you're booking a private scan I would recommend to have it closer to 8 weeks though, having it too early could result in unnecessary anxiety if they can't see anything.
