Cramps and back pain

I’m 10 weeks pregnant. So far this has been a straight forward pregnancy after 4 early miscarriages last year. (I also have two boys)
I had a private early scan at 6 weeks and then my NHS one at just under 8 weeks (I’ve had an ectopic before so they were checking it’s in the right place) and apart from measuring slightly behind everything was ok.

I’m now 10 weeks and have been having strong period type cramps and lower back ache for the last couple of days. I’m also on antibiotics for a urine infection. (I don’t think the cramps are connected)
Is this normal? I’ve had zero bleeding but I’m getting concerned. It’s been a while since my last baby and can’t remember the aches and pains!

I had this kind of pain in my back- with every single pregnancy. In my case it was a progesterone deficiency and once I started to take progesterone all the pain vanished.

Now I am 10w5d , have been diagnosed with kidney infection on Wednesday and with covid on Thursday and since then this uncomfortable pain in my back came back.
My MW is not concerned...
