Hey all. I am expecting baby no. 2 on 03/03 but I already feel as if the baby is pressing down so hard on my vagina. DS1 was quite big I was induced 2 weeks late and although I was really heavy and MASSIVE I didnt feel the same amount of pressure. Just wondered if this was normal. sometimes if i have been sitting and then get up it feels like baby is gona come out. I am not as big this time and I have noticed alot more white discharge recentley (not thrush coz i just cleaed this some weeks ago)Also had some period pain but all normal i know as this was the same last time.

Hi I'm due in 15/03 and have also noticed similar feelings. I described it to dh as feeling like I am about to drop a bowling ball out of there any minute now or if i sneeze or laugh too hard.

Also had the period type pain this time which i didn't get last time. Apparently it can be due to BH contractions.

I was shocked by this second time around, first time hadn't a twinge, BH or anything until my water went.

With second one felt like my fanjo was at my knees (sorry for description) it was horrible, loads of pressure, BHs, twinges the works, also felt like I was going to pee myself a lot as there was loads of pressure on my bladder (actually did a few times). DD2 was a lot bigger than her sister though and a month later.

I think it's common in subsequent pregnancies to feel more pressure and BHs.

I have not rested the same the as i did with ds1.I am on the go all the time and still working part time so maybe its coz i moving around more, just feel like i could be in labour any second. I know it sounds crazy but yeah as you say like a bowling balls gonna fall outa there..

are you doing your kegels?

DD (who is a first and only) did that. It felt as though she was head-butting my cervix. Ow! I was really knackered and rested lots, but I'm afraid it didn't help.
I also had really strong BH for ages. I think they were so painful because DD was OP. My DH would massage my lower back while I was on all fours. We also put one of those filled-with-grain waterbottle-replacements on my back, which really helped.
Hopefully your DB will be on time/a little early this time and you won't have the annoying two weeks where you're fed up and everyone keeps asking where the baby is.
