Terrible bubbly tummy in the morning

Hi, this is a bit of a strange post but I'm desperate to see if anyone else has suffered with this. I wake up every morning at the moment with a really bubbly tummy and I cannot stop releasing wind for a good hour, I then have to go and have a quite bad number 2. It's the same every single morning and I'm convinced it's related to my morning sickness I have almost all day too which is only ever relieved if I burp! It's so very strange and I never thought morning sickness would feel like this and cause such terrible wind and stomach issues:( i'm really struggling does anyone have any advice at all? Im not really eating anything that would give me a dodgy stomach because I can't face eating too much due to the nausea. Im not sure if what im experiencing is even morning sickness?! Im quite worried about it and don't know how to treat it as im not sure what's causing it:(

Thanks in advance!!

@Ca9622 I also have bad wind and have got into the habit of needing a quite bad number 2 every morning . I never had this before pregnancy. I find having breakfast once I wake up means I get to the number 2 a bit quicker and gives me some relief. However with the nausea I find I need to eat small amounts regularly.

16 weeks and the gurgling stomach and awful wind is still here, the crippling nausea did disappear at about 13 weeks though. The midwife even commented on my bowel gas which showed on the scan screen Blush

I’m 7w 3 or 4 days now and I’m the same, having to get up extra early for work for the time to get things out of my body and I’m windier than the sea front at the moment! Constantly mildly nauseous only eased by snacking on something plain so although I have no advice hopefully knowing someone is right there with you will help a little 😂
