Slow rising hcg and ultrasound

I had my ultrasound today since I’ve been having slow rising hcg levels that didn’t double. The dr put me at 6 weeks with a heartbeat of 108 which he said was perfect. He said he would see me back at 7 weeks to make sure the baby was measuring at 7 weeks and the heartbeat should be around 120 by then. My only concern is I’ve seen so many things about slow rising hcg and seeing a heartbeat and then later miscarrying. Has anyone had this happen?

Hai how is everything? My HCG is also slow rising. May I know your HCg numbers since beginning. I’m looking for a hope
