Are EPU'S open on a weekend

I've started bleeding, 10weeks on Tuesday.
I don't know what to do,
I've not passed any clots and it's only when I wipe.
Are epus open on a weekend If not what should I do... xx

@Luckytobeamummy I had a full blown week like period at 5 weeks went got scanned everything was fine. I then had a big bleed with clots no pain at 11+4 weeks that was at the weekend so I had to wait till the Monday to get scanned. And baby was absolutely fine I'm currently 13 + 4 and had no further bleeding so hopefully all is ok wi you 🤞🏻!!

It's such a scary time when you bleed but sometimes there's no explanation for it and everything turns out fine x
