Im 11 weeks today and have a constant dull ache in my lower abdomen. A bit like pre AF pain but not bad enough for pain killers. No bleeding. I've checked my wee and no signs of a uti.
I've also got lower back ache but I think that's from lifting buckets of water.
I don't know whether I need to bother my midwife because she told me at booking that they don't worry about pain unless there's bleeding with it.
Is this normal?
