Pics of bruises from blood thinners

Been injecting blood thinners (Inhixa) since I was about 5 weeks, I'm 11+4 today. Always bruise every single time they just don't go away, which I think is normal with blood thinners ? But they appear really mottled today. Looks like a rash of bruising. For the last two days I've had a lump under on of the injection sites too that's been painful.
I've got Covid atm so don't know if that's making them appear worse ? Or if it's my belly stretching as I seemed to have developed a permanent bump now rather than just bloating
Anyways do these look like they need seeing too or just normal bruising ?

Yeah I always alternate sides, maybe I'm going to close to a bruise and it's all pooling together ? I wasn't concerned until that one big one went huge and it's because it looks stretched

Been on Clexane injections four times (6 weeks with DCs 1-3, 18 weeks with DC4). Got assorted bruising every time, like another person sometimes not a mark and other times a big bruise, little lump etc. Wasn’t sure if my technique was getting lazy over time Grin but bruising did seem to increase as the course went on, I assume because my blood was thinner (obvs!) so I bruised more easily. I’ve always done mine in the thighs as it was how I was shown to do them, and found bruising can take ages to go.
