Morning sickness

Hello☺️ I was wondering if anyone had any insight or advice. I'm around 6 and a half weeks now and for the past week I have had such terrible nausea that lasts all day everyday and I have tried everything I can find that helps nausea and nothings helping, I even got prescribed anti sickness and they don't seem to be helping either. The weird part is that I have increased gas and the only feeling of relief from the nausea I get is burping but it's never enough to take the nausea away. I'm off work because I feel so bad but I need to get back and it's so crippling, please can someone offer any advice? I'm not even sure it's pregnancy related?! Has anyone else had this sort of morning sickness before?

Thanks so much in advance!☺️

Counterintuitively, I found the nausea was worst when my stomach was empty. So I made sure I always had something in my stomach. I kept some digestive biscuits by the bed to nibble if I woke up in the night. This approach really helped, even though forcing down food while feeling really nauseous is the last thing you feel like doing. Worth a go?

I had really bad nausea but not actual sickness.
Gaviscon helped sometimes, along with constantly snacking on carbs.

Thanks so much for your reply. Yeah I find when I feel 'hungry' or my stomach is empty it is much worse and that is the only time I ever feel like eating. I will give the biscuits a go and keep having one or two every now and then. Thanks so much!

Thanks so much for your reply. I did think maybe gaviscon as it does feel a bit like it could be some sort of Indigestion related nausea, I have just picked some up so fingers crossed it helps! Thankyou again.

Sounds counter intuitive but try some full fat Coke. One thing that definitely seems to help my morming sickness. Bubbles seem to help gas get out too although alot of people prefer it flat.
